Do I need to know how to code?
No. You add your questions and business details in plain text. To show the chatbot on your website you paste a single line of code, and your web developer or site builder can do that in a minute.
What happens when it does not know an answer?
It sends the fallback message you chose, for example asking the customer to call you. It will not make up prices, timings or policies.
How does WhatsApp connect?
The quickest way is to scan a QR code from Linked Devices in WhatsApp, like linking WhatsApp Web. If you prefer the official route, you can connect the WhatsApp Business API with a Meta developer app.
